Chatsetter / Vorqualifizierung (m/w/d) - self-employed, part-time activity

We are looking for communicative people who accompany interested parties by chat, answer questions about predefined procedures, and prepare appointment schedules.

Tasks

Your tasks:

• Processing detailed messages
• Communication with interested parties via chat
• Preliminary qualification of interested parties
• Answering general questions about predefined procedures
• Scheduling appointments for further conversations
• Documented contacts in the system
• Collaboration within a team

This is not a cold call via telephone.

Qualification

The activity is suitable for people who:

• Preferring to communicate with people
• Work reliably and structured
• Want to work independently of location
• Are willing to learn new procedures
• Can invest at least ca. 5 hours per week
• Are looking for a part-time activity
• Do not expect short-term results, but are willing to get involved in an activity over the long term
• Want to build up a long-term side income
• Freelancers are welcome
