Chatbot Specialist (w/m/x/d)

We are looking for a full-time Chatbot Specialist to join our team in Berlin. MILEY is our customer-facing chatbot, and you will play a central role in making it better every day. You analyze real customer conversations, identify where the bot does not help users further, and set concrete improvements on content, answers, and processes. This is an entry-level position - you will grow step by step into topics around Conversational AI, Automation, and Customer Care, and take early responsibility for your own themes.

Your Responsibility

• You support the conception, implementation, and documentation of our chatbot and help improve internal processes and customer experience.
• You analyze bot conversations, systematically identify problems - misunderstandings, misclassifications, unresolved issues - and go to their root causes.
• You adapt content and develop it further: bot answers, knowledge base articles, and conversation flows, so the bot better understands and responds.
• You implement solutions for identified problems and measure whether they work.
• You support KPI reporting in the department and lead to action recommendations based on this.
• You learn yourself into our tools around automation and support (e.g. n8n, Zendesk) and use them to make processes more efficient.

Your Profile

• You have completed your studies or a comparable education or gained first professional experience - what's more important than the exact career path is that you think analytically and learn quickly.
• You possess high tech affinity as well as structured, conscientious working habits.
• You possess advanced analytical competence and enjoy diving deep into data and processes to find and solve systemic problems.
• You have a passion for UX and communication and ideally bring first interest or experience with Conversational AI (Intents, Flows, Classification) or in the Content/QA area.
• You are confident handling data (spreadsheets, CSV, ideally SQL) and learn quickly to use new tools (e.g. n8n, Zendesk).
• You work result-oriented, have a high quality standard, and bring a strong problem-solving mentality.
• You possess excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking (at least C1 level each).
