Chatbot LLM Engineer (all genders)

Your new job

As a Chatbot Engineer, you are responsible for implementing our customers' chatbots on the botario platform. From concept to fully implemented bot – you will accompany and take over the development, optimization, and expansion of the chatbots. In doing so, you will apply the latest state-of-the-art AI technologies.

You will be working on

• You develop tailored chat and voicebots for our customers
• You are involved in the development process from conception to commissioning, working with botario, our chatbot management platform
• You determine how desired processes can be implemented in dialogue form and create the necessary content for the chatbot
• You develop connections to the customer's system landscape as needed
• You use prompt engineering to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the bots

The qualifications you need

• A successfully completed university degree or equivalent training
• You already have professional experience in software development or chatbot development
• You have very good programming skills in Python
• You have experience with the latest LLM technologies and practices
• You think solution-oriented and approach problems analytically and structured
• You work well in a team and with agile methods
• You have an independent working style
• You are proficient in German and English in writing and speaking
