To strengthen our team at the Standort Brandenburg/Plaue, we are looking for a motivated personality, who wants to take responsibility and develop perspective towards becoming the deputy station leader.

Aufgaben

In close cooperation with the station leader, you will take on various tasks around the charter business:

Gäste & Organisation

• Reception and care of our charter guests
• Organisation and administration of the charter business
• Handover and return of our houseboats (BunBo's)
• Conducting briefings and training for charter guests (charter certificate)
• On-call duty and support for guests with questions or problems

Stations- und Teamunterstützung

• Coordination of daily business
• Administrative tasks and accounting
• Support in personnel deployment planning
• Representation of the station leader in their absence

Technik & Boote

• Carrying out repairs and maintenance work during the season
• Prefecting and winterizing boats
• Carrying out general winter maintenance and upkeep work

Qualifikation

• Pleasure in dealing with people and excellent service orientation
• Teamwork, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Self-reliant, meticulous, and responsible working style
• Handyman skills and technical understanding
• Availability for weekend work and on-call duty during the season
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Driving license class B
• Experience in the boat rental industry is an advantage
• Desirable: Sportboat driving license (or willingness to obtain one)
