Chartered Accountant – Leading Firm Central Milan (Capital Companies)

For a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in central Milan, we are seeking either an intern or newly qualified candidate or a qualified Chartered Accountant (Section A) with approximately 3-9 years of experience gained in structured firms.

The professional will work with a VAT number within a dynamic and highly educational environment, on a client base composed exclusively of capital companies. Approximately 70% of the activity will focus on ordinary consulting and compliance, while 30% will involve extraordinary operations and higher complexity activities (M&A, reorganizations, due diligence).

The firm invests concretely in the growth of its professionals: every year, the opportunity to attend a fully funded specialist master's degree is offered, and weekly English courses are provided, in addition to structured technical training.

Main Activities

• Preparation of annual financial statements and related schedules.
• Ordinary tax, accounting, and corporate consulting for clients.
• Tax compliance, with a focus on IRAP and UNICO, and supervision of VAT, CLIPE, and IMU declarations prepared by the accounting department.
• Preparation of minutes for shareholder and board meetings (to be sent by the company secretary).
• Tax and corporate consulting for extraordinary operations.
• Support in the preparation of valuations, opinions, and tax memorandums.
• Participation in statutory audit boards and due diligence / M&A activities.

Profile Sought

• Qualified Chartered Accountant, preferably also a Statutory Auditor, with experience in leading professional firms.
• Solid background in corporate taxation, accounting, and corporate law.
• Interest in balancing ordinary and extraordinary activities in a context with high consulting exposure.
• Basic knowledge of the English language (internal courses to support).
• Teamwork attitude, initiative, and ability to take responsibility.

Work Location: Milan Duomo, with 1 day of remote working per week.
