Chartered Accountant

We are hiring a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Kolkata office at Park Street. Responsibilities: - Overseeing the accounting operations of the group, including month-end and year-end close processes. - Managing all balance sheet accounts and general ledger. - Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. - Developing and implementing internal controls and policies. - Managing and preparing statutory compliance filings (e.g., GST, Income Tax). - Liaising with internal and external auditors. - Providing financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making. - Budgeting and forecasting. - Cash flow management. - Tax planning and compliance. - Working closely with the management team to achieve financial goals. Qualifications: - Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). - Proven experience in accounting and finance roles. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Detail-oriented and highly organized.
