Chartered Accountant

Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 10–15 years of strong experience in Indian Accounting, statutory compliance, and financial management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in handling end-to-end accounting operations, taxation, audits, and regulatory compliance as per Indian laws. Key Responsibilities: Oversee complete accounting functions as per Indian GAAP Finalization of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements Manage Direct and Indirect Taxes, including Income Tax, Service Tax, VAT, Excise Duty, Customs Duty, and other applicable taxes Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations Conduct audits and provide assurance services to clients Provide expert advice on accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance matters Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks associated with financial transactions and reporting Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders Key Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Excellent understanding of tax laws and regulations in India Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Experience in using accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
