Job Summary We are looking for a qualified and experienced Finance Manager (CA) to handle the end-to-end finance and accounts function of a residential construction company, including taxation, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and project-wise financial control. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end finance and accounts, including bookkeeping, finalization of accounts, and financial statements. Handle budgeting, cash flow management, fund planning, and project-wise cost control. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including board members, investors, and regulatory bodies. Provide expert advice on financial matters to senior management and other departments. Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities for the company's financial performance. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective financial strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as banks, auditors, and tax authorities. Ensure timely and accurate submission of all financial reports and returns. Provide training and guidance to junior finance staff on financial procedures and best practices. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time. Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth. Develop and implement processes for continuous improvement in financial management and reporting. Ensure the company's financial systems and processes are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
