A leading commercial real estate developer is seeking an accomplished Chartered Accountant to join its finance function. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in indirect taxation, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate in a dynamic corporate environment.

Eligibility

• Qualified Chartered Accountant

• Minimum 10 years of post qualification experience

• Proven expertise in GST and indirect taxation

• Strong understanding of tax compliance, advisory, assessments, and litigation

• Excellent communication and business writing skills

• Experience working with multinational clients and managing corporate communications

• Exposure to the commercial real estate sector will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's indirect tax compliance and advisory functions

• Manage GST assessments, audits, notices, and litigation support

• Evaluate tax implications relating to commercial real estate transactions

• Liaise with consultants, auditors, statutory authorities, and regulatory bodies

• Partner with internal teams and multinational clients on indirect tax matters

• Ensure complete compliance with applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements

• Provide timely responses to audit observations and tax related queries while maintaining the highest standards of governance and compliance.
