Chartered Accountant (Fresher)

We are looking for dynamic CA Freshers to join Ola's Finance team across multiple verticals such as FP&A, Controllership, Business Finance, and Taxation. The role offers exposure to end-to-end finance operations, business partnering, financial management, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial performance analysis. Conduct variance analysis and assist in preparing management reporting decks. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Assist in the development of financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Identify and escalate potential risks and opportunities for improvement. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Chartered Accountancy or related field. 0-1 year of experience as a CA Freshers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with financial planning and analysis tools such as Hyperion or similar.
