The Adecco Group is currently recruiting its future Apprenticeship Business Managers M/F for its Adecco brand to strengthen the QAPA teams at Coeur Défense.

Thanks to its internal training center, Adecco offers you a professionalizing program allowing you to develop expertise in recruitment and sales while validating a BAC+4 qualification.

Perfectly integrated into the team, for a total duration of 15 months, your work rhythm will be 3 weeks within the company and 1 week of distance learning with our dedicated trainers.

We are looking for our Coeur Défense site (Courbevoie) starting from 09/01/2026.

Your missions:

Dive into the heart of recruitment and sales and shape the future of talent!

Accompanied by an experienced tutor, you will discover the behind-the-scenes of recruitment and sales and develop valuable expertise in identifying the best profiles for our clients.

? Attract talent: Write and disseminate impactful ads on appropriate platforms, then monitor their impact.
? Detect gems: Identify the best candidates via job boards and other innovative recruitment channels.

? Detect potential: Identify and monitor the needs of your clients/prospects.
? Assess potential: Conduct in-depth interviews and verify references to ensure optimal selection.
? Facilitate integration: Welcome and support temporary workers and employees from their arrival on assignment.
? Monitor their development: Ensure personalized follow-up to guarantee their professional fulfillment.

? Monitor needs: Build client relationships and anticipate their needs.
? Master administrative tasks: Manage formalities related to the management of temporary workers and employees.

Your training:

Thanks to a training program of nearly 600 hours, you will learn to develop a recruitment process according to client needs, implement a sourcing and sales strategy, assess candidate profiles in compliance with inclusion and non-discrimination principles, and ensure the match between client needs and selected candidate profiles.
