Job description

Make sure every product gets to the right place, at the right time, and keep every customer satisfied after their order.

ABOUT SORIO

YOUR MISSION

You will manage the entire chain after the order: imports from Asia, routing of stock between the Toulouse warehouse, Amazon warehouses, and those of a retail partner in Europe, then the post-purchase customer experience. You will supervise the freelance after-sales service team and improve processes to gain in delivery times, costs, and margin.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor WMS migration and ensure reliable order routing

  • Follow up on purchases and coordinate freight forwarders for dispatch in Europe

  • Manage after-sales service: returns, disputes, post-order experience

  • Supervise the after-sales service team, monitor their work, and adjust it to seasonality

  • Implement and optimize processes and carriers to improve profitability

THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in B2C e-commerce logistics

  • Conversational English

  • Driver's license (travel to the logistics center)

YOUR MINDSET

  • Rigor: nothing slips through the cracks

  • Proactivity: you solve problems before being asked

  • Management skills: you know how to redirect when necessary, including on the ground

  • Team spirit: you work hand in hand with the founders

WHY THIS POSITION?

  • A real multi-warehouse and multi-channel scope: website, marketplaces, retail

  • An anticipated evolution towards a management position
