Incubator Business Manager Telecom Paris - 36-month Fixed-term Contract

Who are we?

Télécom Paris, a school of IMT (Institut Mines-Télécom) and a founding member of Institut Polytechnique de Paris, is a top 5 French generalist engineering school.

The Purpose of Télécom Paris is to train, imagine, and undertake to design digital models, technologies, and solutions for the benefit of a society and economy that respects humans and their environment.

We are looking for our future business manager to join the Télécom Paris Incubator. A pioneer in incubation since 1999, the Télécom Paris Incubator is today a benchmark in the digital world in Paris. Some of the best FrenchTech startups have benefited from the incubator's support to accelerate the development of their technology-focused product or service.

Your main missions will be to:

• Provide advice and follow-up to the incubator's project leaders

• Participate in the creation and deployment of programs and events

• Contribute to various follow-ups and reporting of activities

• Manage the incubator's network

To succeed in this role, you have experience in innovation financing, in supporting startups, or within a startup. You have expertise in business creation (developing their strategy, financing, team building, support schemes...) and you know the entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Salary indications:

Indicative salary range (excluding variable annual bonus): 32,000 to 54,000 euros gross per year, depending on profile and experience, as defined by our legal framework. Please note: our social contributions are lower than in the private sector.
