Job description
Tes missions en tant que chargé.e de relation patient :
- Satisfy and retain patients by personalizing the service offered
- Ambassador and guarantor of the Ardentis Group image
- FOLLOW patients throughout their care journey
- Ensure patient satisfaction and follow up on complaints
- Quality control of reception environment
- Create and transfer inter-clinical files
- Maintain visual communication of the clinic according to Marketing directives
- Organize diverse events in the clinic
- Maintain and optimize practitioners' schedules
- Varying administrative tasks (emails, writing correspondence)
