Social Media Project Manager – HBO (Permanent Contract)

Odace is recruiting a Social Media Project Manager for an on-site assignment within the HBO teams. You will join Odace and work daily at our client's premises to design and coordinate their social media campaigns in France, focusing on the platform's series, films, and key events.

We are looking for someone who can be operational quickly, is comfortable with content creation, production coordination, and liaising with multiple stakeholders. Immediate or short-term availability is appreciated: please specify your earliest availability date in your application.

Your missions

• Manage social media projects: organize production steps, from briefing to delivery, track schedules and approvals, and ensure the quality of content as well as adherence to deadlines.

• Imagine campaigns and write content: propose creative concepts around HBO titles and key events, write posts, and adapt the tone to platforms and audiences.

• Adapt content for the French market: translate international assets into relevant content for local audiences, while respecting brand identity and editorial guidelines.

• Coordinate teams and agencies: centralize needs, prepare briefs, track deliverables, and facilitate communication between marketing, creative, production, and external partners.

• Support activations and productions: participate in the preparation of premieres, shoots, and setups with content creators; coordinate filming and collaborations with partners and influencers.

• Monitor performance and inform recommendations: analyze campaign results, prepare reports, and conduct ongoing monitoring of entertainment formats, usage, and trends.

Your profile

• Solid experience in social media project management, either at an agency or client-side, with the ability to handle multiple topics in parallel.

• Excellent writing skills in French and professional English, both written and spoken, to communicate with teams and adapt international content.

• Good knowledge of social platforms, their editorial codes, and publishing and analysis tools.

• Rigor in tracking schedules, briefs, and approvals, as well as a good sense of priorities.

• Autonomy, responsiveness, and clear communication with client teams, agencies, and partners.

• A strong interest in series, cinema, audiovisual creation, and online community culture.
