Project Manager - Electric Vehicle Charging Station Installation

In addition to our current projects, the company is actively developing a new division called Solaire / Énergie / Stockage, a strategic wing that you can contribute to.

Your role

You'll be at the heart of our projects: planning, coordination, estimation, and client relations. More specifically, you'll:

• Plan work, manage schedules, and ensure impeccable installation execution;
• Ensure project quality and compliance, while quickly resolving technical issues with the electrician;
• Manage procurement: materials, orders, inventory, and delivery;
• Conduct client visits, understand their needs, and offer a professional, proactive, and fluid experience;
• Provide technical support to both the field team and clients, acting as a resource person;
• Prepare submissions (plans, estimates, costs, site reports);
• Recommend suitable equipment and analyze electrical charges;
• Contribute concretely to the development of the new Solaire / Énergie / Stockage division: tools, procedures, best practices, and pilot projects.

About what we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, estimation, or supervision;
• Education in electricity, project management, engineering, or a related field;
• Basic knowledge of electric vehicle charging (or strong interest in learning);
• Familiarity with Google Suite and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills;
• A team player oriented towards solutions;
• Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities, as well as good communication skills;
• Strong customer service sense;
• Bilingualism in French and English, both orally and in writing;
• Ability to deliver results under pressure;
• Skill to coordinate, mobilize, and support a team on a daily basis.
