Project Manager in Change Management

We are looking for an experienced project manager to realize change management within a technological transformation project. The resource will intervene as an expert in their domain within the project team, collaborating on the development and implementation of the change management strategy.

Location: Montreal or Blainville or Quebec or Saint-Bruno

Work hours: 40 hours at a rate of 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Work mode: Hybrid (1-2 days per week in person at one of the above locations are required)

Travel: Occasional travel within Quebec may be required

Responsibilities

§ Collaborate with the project team to implement and deploy the change management plan.

§ Collaborate on setting up the deployment structure.

§ Coordinate and participate in change management activities among operational teams.

§ Accompany leaders and ambassadors of change in their activities.

§ Participate in setting up indicators, measuring adherence to change, and proposing actions accordingly.

§ Coordinate and participate in implementing changes within the framework of different project deliveries.

§ Participate in developing a strategy for training stakeholders, including knowledge transfer and skills development plans.

§ Develop some task aids and educational materials in collaboration with management.

§ Produce communication and change management tools as needed.

§ Participate in developing and tracking the sustainability plan.

Requirements

Exigences and qualifications required

§ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field ;

§ Minimum 5 years of experience in change management ;

§ Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting ;

§ Proven experience in at least three (3) projects implementing technological transformations and/or large-scale projects ;

§ Proven experience in a project office ;

§ Mastery of French, both spoken and written ;

§ Knowledge of the utilities domain, specifically in planning and scheduling, an asset ;

§ Experience in deploying mobility tools, an asset ;

§ Good knowledge of Agile methodology, an asset ;

§ Demonstrate great autonomy and flexibility, do not act solely as a consultant and realize actions from the established plan with the project team.
