Intermediate Project Coordinator in Water Treatment or Pumping Stations

Job Description

The candidate will integrate into a team of experienced process mechanics with approximately 20 collaborators spread across our offices throughout the province.
The projects may touch on, but are not limited to, the design and/or renovation of water pumping stations, potable water filtration systems, and wastewater treatment facilities. As an Intermediate Project Coordinator:

Your Responsibilities

• To realize the design of pumping systems;
• To prepare plans and estimates for projects involving pumping systems and water treatment, and to coordinate work with other disciplines involved in the project. Prepare, among others: design criteria, mass balances, dimensioning calculations, technical equipment specifications, equipment lists, flow diagrams (PFD), hydraulic profiles, instrumentation and procedure diagrams (P&ID), layout plans;
• To manage administrative tasks for multidisciplinary mandates, including communication with clients and stakeholders, project scheduling, budget tracking, and technical coordination;
• The possibility of participating in design projects on collaborative platforms and/or BIM projects;
• To write studies in the fields of pumping systems;
• To provide technical assistance for site surveillance;
• The possibility of conducting construction site supervision;
• To interact with a wide variety of clients and multidisciplinary project teams across multiple regions;
• To understand regulatory requirements related to water resources and communicate with regulatory bodies.
