Project Manager - Road Infrastructure Design

Within the Conception - Road Infrastructure team and under the supervision of the Director, as a Project Manager:

Your responsibilities

• Action as project manager on several projects;
• Prioritize work plans, effort estimates, and budget proposals for mandate realization;
• Supervise resources under your responsibility in activities related to project realization;
• Plan coordination meetings for project management;
• Clearly communicate budget constraints, deadlines, technical information, and particularities to team members;
• Actively participate in plan and bid preparation;
• Verify and approve documents produced before final submission to the client;
• Maintain financial tracking of projects and identify supplementary budget needs;
• Monitor global project performance and continuously analyze its performance;
• Ensure quality services corresponding to client needs;
• Manage relationships with clients for projects under your responsibility;
• Work in collaboration with other departments to achieve common objectives;
• Promote knowledge transfer within the company in the field of Road Infrastructure Design;
• Participate in proposal calls in the field of Road Infrastructure Design.
