What we are looking for We're currently recruiting for a Charge Nurse position within a busy, well-supported general practice, where you’ll be leading a dedicated nursing team of 7–10 across a multidisciplinary environment. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for: • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team • Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures • Collaborating with the practice management team to ensure the smooth operation of the practice • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of the practice's strategic plan • Building strong relationships with patients, families, and the broader healthcare community • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records • Participating in on-call and after-hours duties as required • Maintaining a high level of professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in primary care.
