Hygie is a young, fast-growing startup specializing in foodtech. We market a SaaS software that helps restaurant professionals better manage traceability and hygiene in the kitchen.

Tasks

Your missions:

• Ensure clients are proficient in using the tool
• Preparation and configuration of Hygie equipment
• Preparation of customer packages
• Perform installations at our clients' premises
• Provide technical assistance to our clients
• Manage incoming requests from our clients

Required Skills

Beyond a diploma or experience, we are primarily looking for a personality full of energy, driven by the taste for challenge and integrating a value dear to us, team spirit.

You will also need to have:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and great ease on the phone
• Good written and oral communication skills
• The ability to manage your activity responsibly and autonomously
• Curiosity and a desire to learn very quickly from a wide variety of profiles (developer engineers 🧑💻, food safety experts 🕵️♀️)
