réséda, Gestionnaire des Réseaux de Distribution (GRD) d'électricité, is a public service company that builds, operates, and maintains the electrical network high and low voltage on Metz and 141 surrounding communes. réséda also ensures for all users of the electrical network, regardless of their supplier, the meter reading, technical interventions, and troubleshooting.

The Transport HTB department of réséda is responsible for the operation and reconstruction of HTB works, including 10 HTB/HTA posts, 2 HTB/HTB posts, and 216 km of HTB links.

Attached to the HT Engineering department, integrated into the Transport HTB department, you will be primarily responsible for:

• Managing projects for the renewal, reinforcement, extension, or rehabilitation of works in the Transport HTB department, and ensuring their completion in accordance with directives, contractual framework, planning, safety rules, and medium-term plan réséda;
• Writing project briefs;
• Conducting site visits and follow-ups;
• Developing studies, general and detailed plans;
• Verifying, modifying, and/or approving execution plans submitted by external companies;
• Leading construction site meetings;
• Serving as the point of contact for subcontracting companies;
• Being strongly involved in the safety objectives of the service and ensuring the application of safety guidelines in companies working on projects carried out by the department;
• Conducting technological surveillance;

With a Bachelor's degree + 2 in Electricity/Electrotechnique, ideally with a successful first experience in the HTB/HTA field, you know how to conduct detailed studies at the office while being interested in following the proper execution of projects by subcontracting companies on the field.

You are familiar with the typologies of electrical equipment commonly used and have good writing skills.

You master the AUTOCAD software and the Office Pack (Word, Excel…).

You will be trained and accompanied to acquire the necessary skills to perform your missions, including specific training on the HTB/HTA domain.
