Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

TEHORA is currently seeking a project manager having excellent technical skills, excellent knowledge and who wishes to leverage their expertise within a versatile team.

Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables that the selected person will have to provide.

Description of works or deliverables :

The candidate must produce the deliverables below, without limiting themselves.

• Plans of surveys performed using computer-aided design software AutoCAD in 2D and 3D including underground services;
  

• A digital terrain model (DTM) compatible with Power InRoads V8i SS2 and the latest version of OpenRoads Designer;
  

• Coordinates of geodetic points, stations, and leveling points in ASCII format and reference system used;
  

• Copies of the survey notebook in PDF format;
  

• A report on the survey of public utilities including power lines or others;
  

• A detailed report with photos of the state and geometry of manholes, catch basins, and inlets, including radiers, dimensions, and type of conduits associated;
  

• A tracing of the existing sewer service flow diagram and surface drainage systems;
  

• Measured quantities on site, volume calculations, surface area calculations, and quantity measurements,
  

• ​Surveys for the production of a built plan like TQC.
  

Requirements

• Possess necessary training (enclosed space, gas, etc.) to be able to descend into sewer inspection pits for inspections.
  

• Be a civil engineer member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec with at least five (5) years of relevant experience in project realization (design and/or supervision).
  

• E nsure that all activities related to the mandate are executed in accordance with requirements, particularly in terms of deadlines, budgets, and technical requirements associated with the realization of this project.
  

• Have experience in coordinating a technical or multidisciplinary team

SALARY

The salary will be calculated based on the average hourly rate corresponding to your profile.

WORKPLACE

The workplace will be determined according to the mandate, it may be telecommuting or at the client's location.
