Business Analyst and Project Manager

We are looking for a business analyst and project manager. Under the supervision of the project director, the person will be responsible for analyzing requests, taking needs, writing technical proposals, and ensuring quality.

• Identify, define, analyze, and document the original requirements of a project;
• Understand and deeply document business processes;
• Contribute to strategic planning for projects run the business;
• Translate client requirements into business needs for development and support teams;
• Ensure optimal user experience during application development;
• Ensure follow-up during testing and implementation of the project;
• Ensure good governance of ongoing projects (Run the business)
• Map existing operational/business processes and propose improvements to optimize efficiency;
• Manage and coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring respect for deadlines, requirements, and budgets;
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions;
• Prepare and present progress reports and performance analyses to stakeholders;
• Ensure continuous and effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
