Project Manager

Avizia RH recruits for its partner Ger-Ro Méthodex, a major general contractor established in Saguenay.

You want to pilot large-scale projects and work with a solid team where everyone brings their own color? Ger-Ro Méthodx is looking for someone who likes to orchestrate, anticipate, find solutions, and keep the course, even when mandates become heavy.

This is what you'll do on a daily basis
You plan, organize, and move forward with major construction projects from start to finish. You ensure coordination with internal teams and various stakeholders, manage schedules, watch over work quality, and keep control of costs, risks, and contractual compliance. You represent Ger-Ro Méthodx before different clients and ensure that each step respects norms and client expectations.

Your responsibilities will also include
Preparing, analyzing, and tracking budgets
Developing execution plans and realization strategies
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring deliverable follow-up
Managing contractual documents and changes during the project
Participating in construction meetings and resolving technical issues
Ensuring health and safety and good practices on construction sites
Optimizing methods according to Lean principles when applicable

This is what we're looking for
Three years of experience or more as a project manager in construction
Excellent organization, rigor, and ability to manage multiple fronts
Ease with coordination, communication, and schedule tracking
Knowledge of MS Project
DEC or bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or related field
Availability for occasional travel
Interest in LEAN project management
Comfortable with projects between $4M and $12M
