Chargé d'Affaires Entreprises Tpe-Pe - Epargne Assurance H/F

Why do we need you? As a Chargé(e) d'Affaires Entreprises, you are an expert in customer relations. You develop and retain a portfolio of companies with 10 to 100 employees, offering Epargne, Santé, and Prévoyance solutions tailored to their needs. Supported by social work specialists and prevention experts as well as experienced animators, you will accompany your clients in managing offers and solutions on the ground. Your main mission will be to develop and retain a portfolio of companies with 10 to 100 employees, offering Epargne, Santé, and Prévoyance solutions tailored to their needs. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase our market share. To achieve this, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also be able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. In addition, you will need to have experience in the insurance industry or a related field. A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required. You must also have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
