Roofing Manager H/F

KARPOS RH is seeking a Roofing Manager H/F for one of its clients. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of roofing interventions: studies, intervention and maintenance of all types of roofs (tiles, slates, zinc, steel, waterproofing...). It ensures the quality, safety and respect of deadlines, while accompanying your teams towards excellence. Activities and responsibilities of the Roofing Manager: 1.Technical and operational management * Plan and organize interventions in coordination with the team leader; 2.Management of resources and budget * Ensure the optimal use of resources and budget for each project; 3.Follow-up and monitoring * Monitor the progress of projects and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget; 4.Quality control * Conduct quality controls to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations; 5.Safety and risk management * Identify and manage risks, ensuring a safe working environment; 6.Communication and collaboration * Collaborate with the team leader, other departments and external partners to achieve project objectives. The ideal candidate will have: * A degree in civil engineering or a related field; * At least 3 years of experience in roofing and construction management; * Strong organizational and communication skills; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Knowledge of safety regulations and risk management principles.
