- From 12.02 gross per hour /HEURE € per hour Receptionist, responsible for welcoming, informing and animating the restaurant. Your priority will be to ensure the well-being of customers and actively participate in shaping the image of the restaurant. My role within the team To welcome clients is like receiving guests. I make sure they feel immediately at ease in a clean and welcoming environment. I guide clients and ensure they have a pleasant time. The main tasks include: - Welcoming and informing clients, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction; - Participating actively in shaping the image of the restaurant; - Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment; - Guiding clients to ensure they have a pleasant experience; - Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. La mission de l'accueil est de créer un environnement accueillant et chaleureux pour les clients, en leur offrant une expérience agréable et personnalisée. Pour cela, je suis responsable de la mise en place des espaces de réception, de la gestion des réservations et de la prise en charge des clients.
