RESPONSABILITÉS Chez EBC, the main objective of the Senior ERP Project Manager role is to direct, supervise and ensure the delivery and successful management of the ERP project for transitioning from AX 2012 to D365 F&O. It will have to make a healthy management of limits and perimeter, deadlines and costs. These factors can be clearly defined requiring dynamic change management to generate added value. More specifically, the person will have to :

• Maintain the project plan to participate in the elaboration and follow-up of the calendar, budget, personnel needs and resource allocation according to the different phases of the project. Participate in project strategies and prioritize deliverables.
  

• Identify and plan project deliverables, milestones and activities well anchored with the availability of stakeholders.

• Document deviations and decisions on each one.

• Apply a rigorous follow-up and management mechanism for deviations and changes with the establishment of a decision-making committee.

• Pilot in close collaboration with product managers to define a work plan matrix on necessary resources (business and IT).
  

• Implement a project communication plan for the entire company as well as for the sponsor.
  

• Evaluate and track risks to develop a mitigation plan.

• Ensure that project objectives are in line with organization objectives and aligned with established guiding principles.

• Orchestrate project activities to ensure progress within deadlines, budgets and scope.
  

• Approve invoices from external service providers or consulting firms engaged and make a healthy budget management.

• Structure activities to prepare for the continuity of project deliverables.

• Act as a coach for individuals who need help and advice on IT project management practices.
  

RequirementsEXIGENCES

• Hold a degree in computer science, business intelligence or other relevant experience.

• Hold several years of experience in project management with increasing levels of responsibility.

• Experience in directing multi-departmental teams.

• Hold certification PMI-PMOCP, Project Management Institute or PRINCE2 and agile approaches (atout).

• Familiarity with the construction domain (atout).

• Several experiences in ERP implementation project management (required) - D365FO (atout) - PowerPlatform product (atout).
