RESPONSABILITIES
To continue responding to our needs in a growth context, GLR is looking for a Chargé/Chargée de projet - Building. Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for coordinating, tracking, and controlling several construction projects simultaneously, primarily at an administrative, financial, and operational level. You will act as a central point between internal teams, clients, and suppliers, while ensuring rigorous follow-up of requests, deadlines, and billing.

You must:
  • Ensure daily monitoring of multiple parallel projects (client requests, changes, priorities, and work advancement).
  • Receive, analyze, and coordinate client requests (additions, modifications, directives, technical clarifications).
  • Maintain updated project tracking tables (budgets, costs, deadlines, progress).
  • Prepare, validate, and ensure follow-up of client billing (progressive billing, extras, amendments, retentions, releases).
  • Verify the concordance between executed work, work orders, and billed amounts.
  • Collaborate closely with construction teams, accounting, and management to ensure sound financial project management.
  • Ensure follow-up of real costs vs budgets, signal deviations, and propose adjustments.
  • Participate in coordination meetings with clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure clear and professional communication with clients regarding project status and billing.
  • Classify and maintain contractual and financial documentation for projects (contracts, amendments, invoices, follow-ups).


RequirementsEXIGENCES
  • Degree in project management, administration, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management or coordination (ideally in building construction).
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Broad knowledge of construction billing mechanisms (progressive billing, extras, amendments, retentions).
  • Mastery of tracking and billing tools (advanced Excel, ERP, project management software).
  • Good understanding of contractual documents (contracts, purchase orders, changes).
