Junior Sales Administration Officer - Chargé(e) Administration des Ventes

In order to support the rapid expansion of our brands we are looking for a Junior Sales Administration Officer (ADV). Your role: Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure the smooth process ADV Follow up on client contracts and anticipate renewals Establish invoices and ensure good tracking of payments from our consultants Be the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders Provide administrative support to the sales team Manage and maintain accurate records and databases Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Coordinate with other departments as needed Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field and 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.
