THE ROLE As a Channel Sales Specialist, you will: Manage and maintain a portfolio of channel agencies Act as the primary point of contact for these agencies Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through these channels Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop joint business plans Identify and prioritize new business opportunities within existing agency relationships Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at each agency Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. THE REQUIREMENTS To be successful in this role, you will need: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel agencies Proven track record of driving revenue growth through new business development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
