Channel Sales Manager– Home Appliances

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive / Key Account Manager to manage and grow key accounts in the home appliances sector. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with a strong sales mindset, relationship-building skills, and experience in consumer electronics.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve personal and team sales targets across assigned channels and dealers
• Develop and execute sell-in and sell-out strategies to drive revenue growth
• Plan and support channel sales activities and events, including in-store promotions, roadshows, and brand fairs
• Evaluate effectiveness of sales campaigns and implement improvements
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client base
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships
• Manage B2B sales projects, tenders, and stock allocation for channels and dealers
• Forecast stock requirements based on sales trends and plans
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels
• Supervise promoters and ensure alignment with company strategies, promotions, and deals
• Support and cover responsibilities of other Account Managers as needed
• Prepare sales documentation including credit notes, trading term rebates, logistics coordination, and sales planning

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, account management, or channel sales
• Experience in consumer electronics preferred
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Meticulous, proactive, and target-driven
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
