Channel Sales Development

Role Overview: Location: Mumbai We are looking for candidates who must have Channel Sales experience to drive the expansion of our Channel Partner Network across India. This role is focused exclusively on identifying, onboarding, and activating new Channel Partners who will represent Chai Point’s EW business vertical in their respective regions. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen, local market understanding, and relationship management skills to build a scalable partner ecosystem that drives revenue growth for our company. Key responsibilities include: • Identifying and onboarding new Channel Partners across India • Building relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth • Developing and executing strategies to expand the Channel Partner Network • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication • Analyzing sales data and market trends to optimize partner engagement and activation strategies • Maintaining accurate records of partner interactions, sales performance, and market insights. The ideal candidate will possess: • 3+ years of experience in Channel Sales or a related field • Strong understanding of the Indian market and its dynamics • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis software.
