Job description
Trade Me Role Description At Trade Me, we're about connecting Kiwi to create the life they want. Whether it's the big things like finding a home, a job, a car or growing their business, or the smaller things, like finding that right bedside table or parting ways with some old stuff. At Trade Me our vision is to be the place where Kiwi look first. At Paystation, we’re all about making online payments simple, secure, and straight-up for Kiwi businesses. As a subsidiary of Trade Me, we combine the best of both worlds – the trust and familiarity of Trade Me with the expertise and innovation of Paystation. We're looking for a Channel Manager to join our team at Paystation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing channel management team, working closely with our business partners to drive growth and revenue through strategic partnerships. As Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our channel partner network, identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with existing partners. You'll also work closely with our product and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of our channel programs. If you're a motivated and results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to grow our channel partner network, including identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with existing partners. • Work closely with our product and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of our channel programs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and services. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for channel partner programs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, product owners, and marketing teams. • Identify and prioritize initiatives that drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in channel management and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our channel programs. What you'll need: • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the technology or e-commerce space. • Proven track record of success in developing and executing channel strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. • Strong understanding of the online payments industry and the key players. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. What we offer: • Competitive salary and benefits package. • Opportunity to work on exciting projects that drive growth and innovation. • Collaborative and dynamic work environment. • Professional development opportunities to help you grow your career. • Flexible working arrangements to support your work-life balance. If you're a motivated and results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
