Channel Manager – Partner Alliances

Job Title: Channel Manager – Partner Alliances Location: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata & Mumbai Role Summary: You will be responsible for acquisition & business development of Authorized Persons (Franchisee) and Digital Partners, will be dealing across broking and third-party products like Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, MTF etc. We are looking for individuals from broking industry with 1-4 years of experience, in Channel Sales in the same field, who has strong partner network, execution discipline, ability to build relationships and drive growth. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new Franchisees and Digital Partners across various channels. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure their continued growth and satisfaction. • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the channel business through strategic partnerships and collaborations. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for the channel business. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Develop and manage budgets for the channel business, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Requirements: • 1-4 years of experience in Channel Sales in the broking industry. • Strong partner network and execution discipline. • Ability to build relationships and drive growth. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
