Channel Accounts Specialist (IT, Partner Program Operations)

This role, reports to the Senior Manager of Channel Accounts, is accountable for the implementation and operational support of various channel partner programs and initiatives to enable and drive our channel partners to contribute to company results and business growth in the Information Technologies industry. Responsibilities: Plan and implement various channel programs to enable channel partners to achieve win-win sales objectives and program benefits while strengthen long-term partnership. Provide strategic guidance, training, and support to channel partners to ensure successful execution of their respective roles and responsibilities within the partner program framework. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, internal teams, and external organizations to drive business growth and results. Analyze and report on program performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives and programs that align with company goals and objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform program strategies and tactics. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
