Change & OE Consultant: Leadership & Digital Transformation (m/w/d)

We are looking for consultants for Change Management & Organisationsentwicklung (OE), who accompany leadership figures and teams effectively through change processes – systematically, practically, and with a sense of what is needed in the respective organisation at that time. You also have a desire to bring your consulting expertise into leadership development and training. If you have several years of experience in Change Management, Organisationsentwicklung or comparable consulting activities, ideally including the conception of leadership programmes, and are confident in navigating complex change dynamics – on Deutsch like on English – and are interested in leadership development, training, and the role of KI and digital transformation, then this role is very suitable for you. Aufgaben

• You advise and accompany leadership figures and teams through complex change processes – from diagnosis to implementation.
• You design and shape leadership programmes as a central building block of organisational change.
• You develop and accompany Change- and OE-interventions that fit the respective organisation and its culture.
• You steer large and complex customer projects independently, taking into account various stakeholders.
• You bring KI and digital transformation as drivers of change into your consulting work and make their significance for leadership and cooperation tangible.
• In addition, you design trainings, workshops, and learning formats on leadership and change – remote or in-person.
• You take responsibility in roles, projects, and product developments within our self-organised team.
• You represent Chili and Change at customer sites, events, and occasionally on social media.

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in Change Management, Organisationsentwicklung or comparable consulting activities, ideally including the conception of leadership programmes.
• Experience in managing large and complex customer projects independently – including steering various stakeholders and taking responsibility for results and implementation.
• Fundamental methodological knowledge on change processes at team and organisational level, ideally systemically grounded.
• A didactic approach that is interactive, concise, and innovative when designing formats for leadership figures – no pure frontal presentations are your style.
• Very good German and English language skills and confidence in dealing with customers on a decision-making level in both languages.
• Fundamental understanding of KI, digital tools, and technological developments and their significance for leadership, cooperation, and change.
• Pleasure in exploring new technologies and their relevance to change processes.
• Enjoyment of working together in self-organised structures and willingness to take responsibility within the team.
• Travel readiness within Germany (approx. 50 days/year).
• Ideal location in or around Frankfurt am Main.
