Change Manager:in mit IT-Fokus
Job description
- Transformations support: Active support of cross-functional and organization-wide transformation processes within the IT
- Change formats and tools: Introduction and support of guiding formats and tools for our teams
- Leadership coaching: Support, consultation, and training of leaders with the goal of identifying action requirements in their respective areas of responsibility and steering transformation processes independently
- Feedback & analysis: Conducting regular formats such as feedback conversations or pulse checks, as well as deriving action requirements
- Collaboration: Close cooperation with our experts from the Resource Management & Agile Coaches
- Change communication: Co-shaping a regular change communication together with our IT Communication Team experts
- Stakeholder management: Building and maintaining winning relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Reporting: Providing, presenting, and interpreting meaningful reports for our management, as well as deriving concrete action measures
