We are progressing in our journey of using Cloud technology and further want to strengthen to organization for the use of modern native platform services. Introducing new technological capabilities and moving applications from the current on-prem location to the Cloud is actually not only about the technology. To drive this journey to a success it's all about people use the Public Cloud and are involved in the migrations.. Supporting and guiding colleagues along the way, is vital to our success in this transition journey.

The Change Manager will be responsible for:

• Execute and adapt our change management strategy and ensure alignment with other cloud initiatives;
• Identify key stakeholders, assess change impacts, and manage resistance;
• Drive adoption of new processes, roles, and technologies through tailored interventions;
• Develop and deliver a communication plan to clearly articulate the vision, goals, and value of the cloud program;
• Create clear, engaging content such as presentations, newsletters, etc;
• Coordinate town halls, awareness sessions, and engagement events;
• Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between the cloud program team and the broader BTO organisation/business;
• Collaborate with learning teams and SMEs to identify training needs and develop supporting materials;
• Promote self-service resources and communities of practice to enable sustainable knowledge sharing;
• Gather feedback and insights from stakeholders to continuously improve communications and change interventions;
• Track and report on change readiness, adoption, and sentiment.

The Change Manager will ideally have the following skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field;
• At least 3-5 years of experience with change management and/or communication in complex projects;
• Proven experience in leading change initiatives, preferably in cloud transformations or IT projects;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams;
• Proficiency in project management and prioritization in a dynamic environment;
• Experience with change management tools and methodologies;
• Ability to clearly and persuasively present complex ideas;
• Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and digital transformation processes is a strong pre;
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. German is a pre;
