As Change Manager, you will lead the change approach for a major transition programme. You will provide practical and strategic advice to programme leadership while helping teams prepare for and adopt new ways of working.

• Lead the change strategy for a major organisational transition
  
• Provide trusted advice to programme leaders, governance groups and senior stakeholders
  
• Drive enterprise-wide engagement, communications and change readiness
  
• Monitor organisational adoption, readiness and transition risks
  
• Coordinate change activity across a complex multi-workstream programme
  
• Shape and embed a future-state operating model
