Change Management Specialist

Position: Change Management DevOps Location: Pune, Maharashtra Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid (to be confirmed) Salary: based on industry standards Job Summary: We are seeking a Change Management DevOps professional to manage end-to-end change enablement processes while working hands-on with modern DevOps tooling. The role bridges ITIL governance with CI/CD automation, ensuring compliant, efficient workflows across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end Change Enablement processes, including planning, execution, and monitoring of changes; Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements; Develop and maintain comprehensive change management plans, incorporating risk assessments, impact analysis, and communication strategies; Ensure seamless integration with existing ITIL-based service management frameworks; Design and execute training programs for end-users on new processes and tools; Foster a culture of continuous improvement by monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs); Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve change enablement capabilities.
