Change Management Specialist (Temporary)

Purpose The Organizational Development & Change Management Lead will play a key role in designing and executing strategies that enhance organizational performance, support business transformation, and ensure successful adoption of change initiatives. This position will partner closely with leadership to strengthen organizational capabilities and drive a people-centered approach to change. Main Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of organizational development strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, department heads, and team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive business results. Provide coaching and guidance to employees on change management best practices and effective communication techniques. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with organizational changes. Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and make recommendations for future improvements. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's culture, values, and operating environment. Provide expert-level guidance on organizational development and change management principles, practices, and tools. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization. Ensure that all initiatives are aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
