Your role and prospects

Join the Reinvention Partner Talent in the Market Wide domain. You will lead digital and organizational transformation programs for national and international clients. In particular, you will be able to:

• Lead Change Management streams within complex transformation programs.

• Design Change Management, communication, engagement, and training strategies.

• Coordinate project teams and collaborate with client stakeholders at all levels.

• Support proposal activities, RFPs, and offer development.

• Monitor adoption, readiness, and results of change initiatives.

The compensation provided at Accenture is determined based on multiple evaluation elements, including – for example – the role held, the level of seniority, the degree of responsibility, professional skills, and the experience gained. For this position, level A1 is foreseen within the Metalworkers' National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico).

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between €50,000 and €71,400.

If you also share a passion for consulting in the Talent domain and possess the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• At least 5 years of experience in Change Management, preferably gained in a consulting context.

• Experience in managing Digital, Cloud, ERP, or CRM programs.

• Skills in stakeholder management, communication, training, and adoption.

• Experience in team management and direct client relationship.

• University degree and excellent knowledge of the English language.
