Change Management Leader

If you have experience leading Change Management strategies in manufacturing environments and are passionate about driving the adoption of new technologies and cultural transformation, this opportunity is for you.

What will you do?

• Lead Change Management strategies for transformation projects in manufacturing plants.
• Drive the adoption of technological solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, EWM, and other digital platforms.
• Design and implement communication, training, and stakeholder management plans.
• Support organizational transformation processes focused on productivity, engagement, and culture.
• Measure and report adoption indicators, risks, and KPIs in Spanish and English.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to ensure the success of strategic initiatives.

We are looking for professionals with:

• Experience in Change Management (OCM) within manufacturing plants, distribution centers, or industrial environments.
• Participation in technological implementations (SAP, Oracle, or other ERPs).
• Experience developing organizational training and communication programs.
• Advanced English for interaction with regional and corporate teams.
• Availability to work on-site and travel constantly.

It will be a plus to have:

• Prosci certification or equivalent in Change Management.
• Scrum certifications or agile methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies.

Structure:

• On-site | Monday to Friday (with flexible hours according to plant operations).
• Fixed-term contract through Experis.
