Change Management Coordinator

Ensure successful implementation of technical changes by coordinating all change-related activities across departments and projects with focus on operations. Coordinate and manage technical changes affecting production systems, equipment, processes and products.

Manage internal or external change requests related to production equipment, material, manufacturing processes or product;

Assess technical and operational impact of proposed changes, including downtime, resource needs, and risk;

Coordinate implementation plans with operations functions, business unit’s functions and Key Account Management to avoid disruptions to the customer;

Ensure documentation and traceability of all changes in line with ISO, GMP, or internal standards.

Collaborate with internal development, industrial engineering or business unit function to ensure technical feasibility and readiness;

Coordinate the internal change management system for all major change events and projects;

Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements for proper executing the change throughout the organization and towards the customer;

Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on change objectives. Lead technical discussions and internal presentation to report status and progress of aligned change activities and projects.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering;
• Industrial Technology, or a related technical field;
•  3–5 years of experience in change management within a production or manufacturing environment;
• Strong understanding of production systems (e.g., MES, ERP, SCADA);
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and project management methods;
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously;
