Senior Change Management Consultant
Do you have experience leading organizational change management initiatives and have participated in technological transformation projects? This opportunity may be for you.
Position: Change Management Consultant (Senior)
Work Scheme: Hybrid
✈️ Availability to occasionally travel to United States and Canada
What are we looking for?
✅ Experience as a Senior Consultant managing organizational change adoption processes derived from technological implementations.
✅ Solid knowledge in Change Management methodologies.
✅ Participation in at least one SAP project.
✅ Advanced English.
Main responsibilities:
Design and implement Change Management strategies and plans.
Lead communication plans to drive the adoption of new processes and tools.
Manage key stakeholders, promoting visible sponsorship and the involvement of leaders and influencers.
Identify organizational impacts and develop effective mitigation plans.
Design and implement training programs for different levels of the organization.
Drive agile ways of working within project teams.
