:Senior Consultant to manage organizational change adoption processes derived from the implementation of new technologies. Knowledge of change management and project management methodologies

Responsibilities
- :Development of change management implementation plans with support from their leaders. Plan the comprehensive deployment of communications for the adoption of new processes and tools. Stakeholder management to raise awareness and foster visible sponsorship from key influencers in the organization. Identification and analysis of organizational change impacts and creation of mitigation plans for these impacts. Create training plans and programs for all levels of the organization in adoption processes, seeking supervision and guidance from their leaders. Manage project teams to foster an agile way of working.
