Job description
Role & Responsibilities
- Collating payroll inputs processing of various calculations related to salary (earning, deduction)
- Processing of Statutory compliances such as, challan generation and filling return under various Acts such as PF, PT, ESI, LWF, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity and applicable state laws
- Manage UAN generation, TIC generation, updating of employee KYC, exit date, on relevant government websites
- Ensuring income tax rules, amendments are followed and validation of investment proof, TDS calculation, exemptions, deduction, tax calculation, tax perquisite, Form 16, TDS return, generating FVU file, ETDS correction
- Representing client and Handling enquiries / summons / audits / notices from labour office.
- Statutory Report generations & submission to client
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation Required
- Master in Human Resources or Labour Laws preferred - optional
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Challan Management
