CFO - Private Equity

LHH For our client, SGR of Private Equity mid market, we are looking for a figure of: CFO - Private Equity The sought-after figure will have a strategic role with the responsibility of presiding over the financial and administrative area, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all financial processes, managing communications and relationships with supervisory bodies. Responsibilities - Strategic planning, administrative and economic-financial management of SGR and its funds; - Control of accounting, fiscal, and treasury compliance of SGR and managed funds, as well as preparation of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reporting for managed funds; - Management, coordinating outsourcers and the depositary bank, of fund redemption operations, transfer of shares, distribution of profits, and liquidation of funds; - Preparation of ad hoc reports requested by partners and investors; - Periodic reporting to Supervisory Authorities; - Attention to fulfillment of obligations regarding investor identification and classification for anti-money laundering purposes, MiFID, and FATCA; - Definition and maintenance of company procedures and policies in accordance with current regulations. Your Profile - Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields; - Consolidated experience (at least 10 years), acquired within the financial management, administrative, fiscal, accounting, and control of management of SGR realities; - Analytical skills, result-oriented approach, and proactive attitude; - Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken.
